Benefits of the Langdon IPR Module

The Langdon IPR Module is an easy to use, Customs compliant system, for companies wishing to gain from the cashflow benefits of using IPR. It controls the movement and status of IPR goods from importation to final exportation. The system automates all the necessary calculations relating to the processing. The quarterly returns required by Customs are generated by the system as reports and attached to the relevant Customs form.

The Langdon IPR Module contains the following functionality:
  • Provide detailed reports and screen displays
  • Operate Simplified and/or Specific authorisation
  • Provide Suspension or Drawback Systems
  • Track Authorisation
  • Have variable, user defined, through-put and reporting periods
  • Provide Aged Stock management information
  • Handle Prior Export Equivalence
  • Incorporate Bills of Material
  • Calculate percentage yield and waste
  • Provide information on transfers between IPR traders and to Customs Warehouse
  • Record diversions to Free Circulation
  • Accept manual data input or file transfer from the Import and/or Customs Warehouse Management System
  • Be driven from Export data passed from core business systems or from an Export System
  • Operate as part of the integrated Duty Management System
