The Langdon Intrastat Module ensures that the legal requirements regarding the Intra Community traffic are met.

The Intrastat module sources its data from the core systems. The data is processed in the format that the Intra Community Transactions (both dispatches and arrivals) must be reported to the Tax authorities and the statistics authorities.

This means that the module provides the information for the monthly VAT return, the monthly statistics declaration and the quarterly Sales Listing. Once the system is set up any other manual data entry, other than standing file maintenance, is hardly ever required.
