The current release of e-CFSP is R5. This web based application
continues to offer a simple and cost effective method for sending Supplementary Declarations Import
(SDI) and Supplementary Declarations Warehouse (SDW) as well as the Final Supplementary Declaration (FSD).
Additionally 'multi-company' functionality has been added. This enables a subscriber (the company which signed-up to e-CFSP)
to make declarations on behalf of themselves and/or other companies.
Companies can use a test mode in e-CFSP to trial the software. Companies can create declarations
send them electronically to Customs and read in the responses. Please note that there will be
no duty or VAT liability whilst using the test mode. Users will be given 30 days to trial e-CFSP.
Once testing has been carried out a company can quickly and easily switch to the live mode. Any 'standing data' such as company details, data added to drop-down list and profiles will still be available.
Please note that to use e-CFSP in the live mode a company must have CFSP authorisation from Customs and a deferment account to pay HMRC any duty and/or VAT owing.
